1. First you will need a personal FB account. Your business page will be created and accessed via your personal log-in information.

2. Visit facebook.com click the link below "sign-up" to "create a page for a business. Choose the appropriate category for yourself  "local business" or "brand, product, organization".. under most circumstances brand, product, org will be the best choice.

3. Next, build your page by adding your company logo, photos of your work, products etc... providing information about your company.

4. Finally in order to have your own vanity URL (facebook.com/abccompany instead of facebook.com/home.php?#!/pages/....) you will need 25 fans. Once you have them, visit http://www.facebook.com/username/
